Frame Journey
How a Frame is Born
Every MULLER frame is carefully handcrafted, one at a time.
The time until completion is not simply waiting.
It is also the time in which a bicycle is born.
Here is the journey of how a MULLER frame is made.
Design
Each frame begins with thoughtful design.
We consider the rider’s body, riding style, and the roads they will travel.
MULLER’s design philosophy focuses on
comfort, balance, and the ability to ride for many years.
Tube Preparation
The tubes that form the structure of the frame are individually prepared and shaped.
This process plays an important role in defining the ride quality of the bicycle.
Welding
Skilled craftsmen weld each frame with precision and care.
This is one of the most critical steps, where strength and alignment must be perfectly balanced.
Surface Finishing
MULLER is known for its beautiful metal finishes.
• Polish
• Hairline
• Bead blast
At this stage, the frame begins to transform
from an industrial product into a piece of craftsmanship.
Painting / Art
Painting and Yoshiko’s hand-drawn artwork are applied.
No two frames are ever the same.
Each bicycle becomes a truly unique piece.
Final Check
The finished frame is carefully inspected before shipping.
Only then is a one-of-a-kind MULLER bicycle born into the world.
Production Time

our goal is to deliver a frame that will be cherished and ridden for many years.
We appreciate your understanding.
