Before registering, please locate the serial number engraved on the underside of the bottom bracket (BB) of your frame.
If the serial number is difficult to read, please take a clear photograph of the engraved area beneath the bottom bracket and send it to us. We will be happy to assist you in confirming the number.

To help prevent the servicing of stolen bicycles or bicycles with unverified ownership, we may be unable to provide repairs, maintenance, or other after-sales services for bicycles that have not been registered.
To ensure that your MULLER can be cared for throughout its lifetime, we kindly ask that you complete your owner registration as soon as possible after purchasing your bicycle, whether new or pre-owned.
